Print My Design for C6 Envelope Printing. Our. C6 Envelope printing is available in black print, colour print or white ink printing onto a dark coloured C6 envelope. Print My Design means we print your design from a print ready artwork file you provide. 

Size: C6 Envelopes (114mm x 162mm)

How it Works:

  1. Add the quantity of C6 Envelopes you require.
  2. Choose your print option: Blank unprinted envelopes, 1 sided envelope printing or 2 sided envelope printing.
  3. Choose your envelope colour.
  4. Do you need us to setup up names and address printing artwork for you? If yes, make sure to add it on to your order. To provide your guest names and addresses, visit to our data templates page to download our easy to use excel spreadsheet. Please fill in the appropriate fields and email it back to us when complete. We will email you a layout pdf proof for you to approve. 
  5. If you are providing your own artwork: You will receive an email with confirmation of your order. Reply to this email with your artwork file as a high resolution PDF with 3mm bleed and trims. 
  6. All artwork will need to be supplied in CYMK format.
  7. Keep all important text and graphics at least 10mm away from the the edge.
  8. Set your artwork up as one per page to the C6 envelope size. e.g if you have 50 addresses, your PDF file should be 50 pages long.
  9. We are not responsible for poor quality artwork, however if we think your artwork just isn't high resolution/quality or not setup correctly, we will contact you to advise, so you can re-supply your artwork.
  10. We will then go ahead and put your order into production.
  11. When ready to dispatch you will receive email confirmation of dispatch and tracking details for your order.
  12. Please allow approximately up to 7-10 business days for print production.
  13. All orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website.
